Investigating the Influence of Service Training, Reward System and Empowerment on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment of the Employees of Ilam's Telecommunications Company

Abstract

The current study focuses on the investigation of the relationship between variables training, reward, empowerment and job satisfaction of the employees and the influence of job satisfaction on the organizational commitment. In so doing, the relationship between super pattern variables was considered on the basis of some theoretical principles. This is a correlative study in which the path analysis model is used, because it is possible to investigate direct and indirect paths through such model. Population included all employees of Ilam’s telecommunications company among whom 190 ones were selected as the sample by use of randomized sampling model. Data was gathered using five standard questionnaires. The reliability and admissibility of the questionnaires was evaluated by use of Coronbach’sα and explorative factor analysis. In order to test the available pattern, the path analysis technique was used. Results show that there is a meaningful relationship between the above mentioned variables.
